Misua With Bola Bola (Filipino Meatball Soup)
Home-cooked Mee Sua Soup (面线汤) from sister with leftover pork ribs, fish balls, fried bean curd puffs and soup. Newly added are Mandu or Korean pork & chive dumplings plus a poached egg. Mee sua or misua, also known as wheat vermicelli, is a very thin variety of salted noodles made from wheat flour.
SARDINES WITH ODONG & MISUA
When you are craving for ramen but you are strapped for cash. Satisfy yourself by making a noodle soup dish out of sardines with Odong and Misua in a cold weather.
One of the ways to save your allowance is to avoid spending too much because of your cravings. Ingredients:
1 can of sardines in tomato sauce 1 onion 3 cloves garlic 1 spring onion and tomato 2 odong 2 misua 1 cup of water Seasoning
Procedure:
1. Heat the pot with the cooking oil. 2. Add and sauté onion, garlic then tomato. 3. Add the sardines with its sauce, sauté and cook for 1 and a half minutes. 4. Add 1 cup of water and let it boil. 5. Put-in the Misua and Odong and cook for 3 to 5 minutes under medium heat. 6. Season to taste. 7. Serve and enjoy!
