RECIPE (30 dumplings each): Wrappers for around 30 (or use store bought): -2 cups (260g) flour -a pinch of salt -2/3 cup (160ml) water

MIX/LET SIT 20mins/SHAPE into 30 thin wrappers

Filling: -200g tofu -1/2 napa cabbage, sprinkle with salt and squeeze out after a few mins -2 onion greens -2 shredded carrots -1 Tbsp each sesame oil and soy sauce -1/2 Tsp ginger powder -1 Tsp each Chili, salt, garlic powder

MIX/FILL the wrappers/SHAPE them/FRY in a bit oil for 2-3mins/ADD 1/4 cup (60ml) water and steam 5mins

Dipping sauce: -1 Tbsp Chili Sauce -2 Tbsp maple syrup -2 Tbsp vinegar -1 Tbsp soy sauce -1 Tbsp sesame seeds -2 Tbsp sesame oil
