Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 tbsp cocoa powder. 1/2 cup whole milk. 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup chopped pecans. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Instructions: Preheat your smoker to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the boiling water over the batter. Do not stir. Place the baking dish on the smoker grate and close the lid. Smoke for 45-50 minutes or until the cobbler is set and the top is firm to the touch. Remove from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
