Sometimes the best thing we can do to care for ourselves is to tap into what really makes us who we are. Tending to our physical and mental health is certainly important - don't stop doing that. But when we're tending to our spiritual wellbeing and trying to really feel well within our souls (however you conceptualize that), remembering who we are and pursuing our passions is a particularly healing act.
Get back in touch with yourself. What are the things that you know about yourself and your capabilities, and how can you tap into the magic of those things? If you've always had a passion for art, make something expressive. If you've always had a passion for divination, give others some readings or try practicing a new form of it. If you've always enjoyed nature, spend time outside and maybe count how many species of plants and/or animals you find. Whatever it is you know to be a central part of your personal being, go do something that honors that part of you. Expressing your passions and skills will help rejuvenate your spirit this week.

Prayer Poem to Odin and the Blessings of Mannaz
Allfather Odin, wanderer wise, Whose one-eyed gaze sees through all guise, I call to you through thought and breath, Guide me past illusion, fear, and death.
Mannaz shines, a mirror bright— The Self reflected in all sight. It hums of kin and humankind, Of minds that seek, of truths that bind.
Odin, teacher, fierce and deep, Who traded eye for wisdom’s keep, Grant me the grace to truly know The self I am, the self I grow.
Let Mannaz bless my waking thought, With insight hard and dearly bought. Let it reveal where ego lies, And open me to others’ cries.
For every stranger is my kin, Each soul without, reflects within. In web of wyrd and woven thread, I walk where mortal thoughts have led.
Teach me the strength of humble pride, To stand in truth and not to hide. To shape my fate with heart and mind, Yet leave no soul or friend behind.
Odin, whose breath gave mankind life, Whose runes were carved through pain and strife— Bless me with Mannaz' sacred key, To be my fullest, truest me.
By blood, by bone, by ash, by flame, In your great knowing, I speak my name. So may it echo, near and far— A self made whole beneath your star.
𓃠 Hail Odin. ᛗ Hail the rune Mannaz. 🜁 May I know myself, and know all.
"Maðr er moldar auki;
mikil er græip á hauki"
Man is an augmentation of the dust;
great is the claw of the hawk
- Old Norse rune poem
VOLUSPO, Stanza 17, 18:
Then from the throng did three come forth,
From the home of the gods, the mighty and gracious;
Two without fate on the land they found,
Ask and Embla, empty of might.
Soul they had not, sense they had not,
Heat nor motion, nor goodly hue;
Soul gave Othin, sense gave Hönir,
Heat gave Lothur and goodly hue.
