Hey everyone, it’s been quite a while! Dropping by to check in and share this massive illustration I’ve worked on all month, which I’ve dubbed the “DEITIES Royal Family Redux.” The piece is both a “redraw” and spiritual successor of an older piece (Dysfunctional Royal Family), and something special to mark the 10-Year Anniversary of DEITIES Project's launch on Tumblr!

There’s a lot I’d like to say about the entire process for this illustration, and about my general reflections on the project’s development and current scope, which I’ll save for a proper blog post update after taking a breather this holiday 🫠 In the meantime, I appreciate everyone in my audience who’s been part of the journey -- whether you’ve been here since the beginning, or found DEITIES project more recently. Thank you all so much for your interest, patience, and overall support, and let’s make 2026 a grand year to come!

Egyptian Pantheon / Family Tree ! 🪲☀️🩸

As many as I could fit in my canvas (ran out of layers) Still plenty more to go! And all are subject to change during concepting their full/final designs but all of these are the canon designs for my comic Bound by Blood (on Webtoon link in pinned)

This also goes for the Greek pantheon designs which I keep forgetting to post… mb yall. Every single design I post is canon to my comic soo ya! Hope you like these ones!

Ra: Emo-Prep (Should not work but he makes it work)

Bastet: Pastel Goth (Too cute to quit)

Sekhmet: Punk-Metal Goth (or maybe it's just the copious bloodstains)

Set: Jock-Goth (He has no idea what either of these things are)

Nephthys: Romantic/Vampire Goth (read Mary Shelley's Frankenstein thousands of years before it was written)

Wepwawet: Goth-Jock (very slim but noticeable difference between this and Jock-Goth)

Anubis: True Emo (playlist consists solely of MCR and Papa Roach's "Last Resort")

Osiris: Prep-Jock (just like his brother, does not know what these words mean)

Isis: Emo-Prep (yes, just like ra. This is why she was able to overthrow him)
