In spite of these difficulties, it's important to make sure you take the time to say what needs to be said. Think about your intentions before delivering the truth you need to communicate. That will help you find the most appropriate way to express yourself. Ideally that will also mean your truth is better received. It may not bring about a "perfect" outcome, but it will not help to keep things festering inside. Be truthful, especially when it really matters.
