Hi hi, I'm well thank you!

In chacun d'entre + pronoun, "d'entre" is the "of" of each of + pronoun. The locution translates as something like each of amongst + pronoun. Therefore, simply chacun d'eux would be a mistake.

Chacun d'entre nous est allé à la fac - each of us went to university

Chacun d'entre eux est tombé malade le mois dernier - each of them fell sick last month

She's also the only character using 'bien' meaning very/really (as in 'je suis bien fâchée'=I'm really angry), and doing so often.

al cap de ben poc = after a very short time, soon after

si és que = if, provided that | hi hauria altres coses que m’agradaria saber, si és que me les pot explicar = there would be other things that I’d like to know, if you can explain them to me

acte seguit = immediately after

voler (alguna cosa) més que cap altra cosa del món = to want (something) more than anything in the world

d’aquí a no res = in no time | d'aquí a no res torno, d'aquí a no res ja torno a ser aquí amb tu = I’ll be back in no time, I’ll be back here with you in no time

posar el dit a la nafra = to touch on a sore point

a sobre = too, moreover | el menjar és dolent i, a sobre, car = the food is bad and expensive, too

el risc (no) paga (or: valer) la pena = to (not) be worth it

fer tant (a algú) = to not care, to not mind | tant me fa = I don’t mind

per enèsima vegada = for the umpteenth time

à toute allure - very quickly, at top speed, at full throttle

être en éveil - to be alert

couper le sifflet à qqn - to shut sb up, leave sb speechless

This appears, at first blush, to be the same as the english "at arms length" with the sense of distancing oneself intentionally. However, it has a completely different sense in french, more like "with all one's effort". (Possibly modelled somewhat on à bout de souffle meaning "out of breath"?).
