Tip#8️⃣ : Homemade Meatballs 🥩 . Last night’s dinner (good lunch as well): homemade meatballs + green beans + Korean sweat potatoes + pasta sauce. . . ▶️ Highlight - Homemade meatballs: Because of work/school/kids/budget constraints/“I can’t cook”, etc... most of us fall in the “easy” trap by buying frozen meatballs with cute bags, which are super heavy in salt/sodium and cholesterol. Super unhealthy!! Here, I found 90% lean ground beef at #samsclub , for just $3/lbs. This is so lean that you almost need to add oil while cooking it! In a bowl, I added 2 eggs for binding, salt/pepper/other seasoning, and made my balls in less than 15 min prep time. Seared them in a pan with olive oil, then baked for 15 min with parm cheese topping. That’s it folks! Super delicious, easy and healthy!
