CHIPS di CAVOLO RICCIO
Procuratevi tutto l’occorrente in anticipo e siate veloci, una volta pronte, a metterne un po’ da parte, perché l’unico neo di questa ricetta è che saranno così buone, croccanti e gustose che finiranno all’istante 😋
500 gr di cavolo riccio ( solo le foglie pulite dal gambo e tagliate a pezzetti)
Per il condimento mettere in ammollo 120 gr di semi di girasole in acqua bollente per ca 1 oretta 20 gr di lievito alimentare a scaglie 1 cucchiaino di curcuma in polvere 1 cucchiaino di paprika dolce Il succo di mezzo limone 80 ml di acqua ( fino a Max 100ml per una maggiore cremosita’) Sale e pepe
Sciacquare bene i semi e frullarli assieme agli altri ingredienti fino a quando non si avrà una salsa cremosa. Massaggiare le foglie spezzettate di cavolo riccio con la salsa e posizionarle su una placca evitando di sovrapporle tra di loro. Infornare in forno già caldo a 110 Gradi per ca 15 - 20 minuti…controllare che nel mentre non si brucino. Se riuscite, aspettare che si raffreddino prima di gustarle come snack sfizioso, aperitivo o contorno
Ps: per rendere le chips croccanti è importante che vengano ben condite con la salsa senza però lasciare troppo residuo .
Dude, these Garlicky Kale Chips were LEGIT!!! Yum. ✨😋💦 Kale Chip Coating: 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight), 1/2 cup filtered water, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, 1 tbsp. maple syrup, 6 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, and a pinch of sea salt blended in the blender until smooth. 🌟🌟🌟 Then just toss the torn leaf pieces from one bunch of your favorite kale in the mixture until evenly coated. I then sprinkled a little more nooch and pink himilayan sea salt for taste and spread them out on my @excaliburdehydrator dehydrator trays. Then I dehydrated these babies at 115 degrees for about 14 hours (I left in on overnight while I slept) until nice and crispy. Ta-da!!! ✨😍✨ If you don't have a dehydrator you can make these in you oven by putting them in at the lowest temp with the door propped open using a wooden spoon, dried out until nice and crunchy. ✨😋💦 In case you need any other reasons to gobble up some of these delectable delights, here are some of the amazing health benefits of this green goddess of a veggie. 🍃🍃🍃 "Kale is a nutritionally packed leafy vegetable that contains incredible healing and rejuvenating properties. Smokey Kale Chips INGREDIENTS: 1 Bunch Kale 1 TBL Olive Oil 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 Remove the center ribs and stems from one bunch of kale; Tear the leaves into 3-4 inch pieces. ***Make sure Kale is completely dry*** Toss Kale with Olive Oil, and spices till well coated. Spread upon two sheet trays, evenly distributed. Bake @350 for 12-15 minutes, or browned along edges. Warning! Warning! These are crazy addicting. I typically chow them all down before anyone else gets their share. My 19 month old daughter LUVS these. So next time you are craving something crunchy and savory, be sure to give these a try.
KALE-ing my snacking cravings 😁🍃 (Sorry, I’m not good at this, but I just had to 🙈😂😂) Whenever I have some studying to do I always feel like snacking on something… like ALL the time 😌✨ So after finding some organic kale at the supermarket yesterday (and yes, I was beyond excited 🙌🙊) I couldn’t help myself but make one of my fave snacks - KALE CHIPS 😻🌿💚 Super crunchy, slightly cheesy and the best part - healthy!! 😱 Made them oil-free and also omitted the salt this time and devoured most of it already 🙊💦 Seriously, the best snack EVER!!! 🙌👅💦✨ Will be sharing the recipe on my blog within the next couple of days 🙃🍃 More kale chip fans out there? 🙋🌿💫 #kalechipsrock 😁✌
