Today’s lunch is a Dr. Sebi inspired meal at Just Salad. This is a BYO salad that I’m calling, “Protein Plant Power” made with arugula , double the cucumbers, double the chickpeas, walnuts, kalamata olives, & avocado. I used a light drizzle of the “Low-Fat Spicy Avocado” vegan dressing. NOTE: The dressing may have spices that are NOT DrSebi approved. If you want 100% approved ingredients, I would bring your own dressing or use olive oil only which is available at Just Salad. Also the chickpeas may have been cooked with ingredients that are not approved as well.
