Tonight’s dinner is “Watermelon Hemp Basil Salad. Today I am starting this #30DayChallenge. 1. No Soda! 2. Drink 1 gallon of water a day 3. Workout 3 times a week at least for 30 minutes 4. Do 25 squats overtime you go to the bathroom. 5. 30 second plank in the morning before you get ready, and 1 minute at night before bed. Who’s in? Invite your workout buddy. These “#Alkaline Electric Protein Balls” are one of my favorite snacks to eat.
