I've started three years ago (at the age of 44) and I couldn't do any kind of inversions - no headstand (scared me so much! ๐ฑ), no pincha (was fallen on my face ๐) and no handstand. But I wanted to learn ๐ช With the help of the IG community and a lot of wonderful yogis I've learned to hold, to play and to making shapes ๐๐คธ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ It's so much fun!
