Bir şeylerin olabileceğine ya da olamayacağına dair ne çok fikre sahibiz ve bu fikir/zihin kalıpları ne çok şeyi denemekten alıkoyuyor bizleri. Farkında bile olmadan fikirlerin kölesi olarak sürdürüyoruz yaşamlarımızı. Şükür, bu sene benim için büyük oranda fark et, değiştir, dönüştür senesi olarak geçiyor. Önceki ramazanlarda oruç tutarsam pratiğimi iftardan sonra geceleri falan yapardım, hiç oruçken pratik denememiştim. Çünkü dayanamayacağıma ya da sağlıklı olmadığına dair geliştirdiğim inançlarım vardı. For those wondering what I do on my day away from social media. I also went outside, took photos, got lost in my book for hours and finished it (I’m reading The Hunger Games ☺️) read about anatomy (yoga teacher haha) and bought a pour over coffee maker.
