I've started three years ago (at the age of 44) and I couldn't do any kind of inversions - no headstand (scared me so much! π±), no pincha (was fallen on my face π) and no handstand. But I wanted to learn πͺ With the help of the IG community and a lot of wonderful yogis I've learned to hold, to play and to making shapes ππ€ΈπΌββοΈπ It's so much fun!
