A tasty and filling gluten-free and paleo-friendly bread that is full of healthy nuts and seeds. Great for people who are on a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup ground flaxseed. 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds. 1/4 cup sliced almonds. 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 4 eggs. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and chopped walnuts. Add melted coconut oil and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Stir in baking powder and sea salt. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
