This Keto Low Carb Bread Machine Bread is perfect for those following a ketogenic or low-carb diet. It's grain-free, gluten-free, and easy to make using a bread machine.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup ground flaxseed. 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/2 cup warm water.
Instructions: Add ground flaxseed, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt to a bowl and mix them together. Mix the eggs and olive oil in a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients slowly to the egg mixture while stirring well. Slowly add warm water while mixing until the dough gets thick. Put the dough into the pan for the bread machine. On your bread machine, choose "Quick Bread" or "Gluten-Free." Just press the "start" button and let the bread machine do its thing. With care, take the bread out of the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before cutting it.
