The art of deception, proof that lighting alone can tell fibs, firsthand. I've spent years keeping my physique in check after ditching obesity (and for good reason). I have gladly gained weight ever so gradually since. In reality I avoid photos, but I found this amusing (I generally think gym shots are trashy). I've been unable to tilt my neck, having to hold things up in direct veiw, including holding my arm up (I spotted this 😅) In person I'm not jacked, yoked or shredded.
