Be grateful, for what you take granted, people often pray and struggle to get even a piece of it. Somebody lost their life last night, but you woke up today and you are alive. Some people don't even get one meal per day, but you are blessed with 3 meals per day. Someone broke their leg in an accident, but your body is working. Many people don't even have clothes on their body, but you are blessed with good clothes and comfy warmers too!

Gratitude is a way for people to appreciate what they have instead of always reaching for something new in the hopes it will make them happier or thinking they can't feel satisfied until every physical and material need is met. Gratitude helps people refocus on what they have instead of what they lack 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I notice that Autumn is more the season of the soul than of nature
