On Sunday,@onlyonewondora cooked us breakfast breakfast we checked out of our aribnb. We went to the Korean mart then came home. Saturday was Spa day! Mom was so happy and excited! Even with the COVID restrictions, it was a great experience!! I've come so far in my weight-loss journey to mess things up now. I am a year and 5 months post-op and have fallen back into many bad habits, new and old. I eat when bored, I eat a lot of junk, and drink (not excessively). I've started intermittent fasting to help with hydration by drinking only water all morning and to help cut down on the excess amount of food I eat throughout the day. I do a lot of snacking. With some changed behaviors, motivation, and a plan, I can make the moves necessary to reach my target weight of 175-190lbs. (Depending on weight to muscle ratio.)
