It has started: The week of a Million Tears! Sunday is Mother's Day. For many of us, we will cry a million tears. I know I am well on my way. It started on anniversary of my mother's funeral and it won't end until May 19th, my birthday. Whether you lost your mother yesterday, last week, last month, last year, 3 years ago like me, or last century, the loss of a mother never goes away. Some days you will be ok and others, everything you see will remind you what you have lost.

My only advice is try to smile and remember the good things as you wipe your eyes. I know not all mothers were candidates for "Mother of the Year", so I know there was some mother figure you are missing.
