I think not only Korea, but generally speaking, many countries are in dire need of a school department that addresses bullying and corruption. The fact that those cases shown in "Teach You a Lesson" happened for real (one way or another) just shows you that modern society (not just Korean but there especially) is truly fucked up.
BTW, the first case really happened, only it was worse IMHO. The father was a public prosecutor and not just any. He was one with a ton of power, and he did not think that his son did anything wrong. The fact that his son terrorised students and teachers, which even led to the death of a student, was not a problem for him. Daddy dearest even covered up for his son. That happened in 2017 at Minjok Academy in Hoengseong, a hoity-toity private school and no one would help the students. No one.
