For Luther, I think he would appreciate Ferdinand's mutual understanding and just having someone you could trust feels so comforting and relieved, of course Luther wouldn't trust Ferdinand at first but he appreciates the man's patience and occasional help.

As for Ferdinand, I think he actually felt a bit proud and less insecure knowing that someone trusts him enough to let him know of this secret, (even though my interpretation of the discovery was more of an accident coming from Luther XD) he feels trusted especially considering that he might have some sort of an insecurity due to being unable to truly connect with people.

Ahh there are so many more I could say but my brain is kind of fried, I'm such a sucker for these two..they are so sweet...they must kiss!

Well, I must admit that this question has also been on my mind for days. Nobody knows Luther is trans; he's too careful about it. One wrong move and he knows they'll suspect.

There could be too many ways he could have found out, but (for now) I don't have a "canon" version, so it'll be up to your interpretation.

However, Ferdinand's initial reaction would be a mixture of so many emotions: shock, surprise at learning such an intimate secret, but also a multitude of questions and doubts (which he keeps to himself out of respect and to avoid seeming intrusive).

I don't think he shows any rejection of Luther, knowing the era they live in, the prejudices, the social norms. Ferdinand knows what it's like to feel exiled from his own environment; he can empathize with him, he understands him.

They are at the back of the church, just listening to the impromptu mass that one of the priests organized, and Ferdinand (despite knowing Luther for only a few hours) confides in him that he knew nothing about the plague.

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2/3 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup milk. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 3/4 cup boiling water.

Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until combined. Fold in peanut butter and chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into the bottom of a greased slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix boiling water and remaining peanut butter until smooth. Pour peanut butter mixture over the batter in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
