These soft and chewy milk chocolate chip peanut butter cookies are out of this world. They're an irresistible treat for any occasion thanks to the combination of creamy peanut butter and sweet milk chocolate chips.
Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed light brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups milk chocolate chips.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Put parchment paper on baking sheets. Melt the butter and mix it with the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. One egg at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add the milk chocolate chips and mix them in until they are spread out evenly in the dough. Drop round balls of dough onto the baking sheets that have been prepared using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon. To make a thick, soft cookie, gently press down on each one with the back of a spoon. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. When you take the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way. With a glass of cold milk, these milk chocolate chip peanut butter cookies are really great.
