Ingredients: 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 2 cups mini marshmallows.
Instructions: Line an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving some overhang for easy removal. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes. Fold in the mini marshmallows until they are evenly distributed in the chocolate mixture. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper or foil overhang and place it on a cutting board.
