This Paleo fruit bread is packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients such as turmeric, walnuts, and cranberries, making it not only delicious but also beneficial for your health.
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 3 eggs. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and turmeric to the wet mixture. Stir until fully combined. Fold in dried cranberries and chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
