“Fuck it”- my final thought in my decision making process

Where to begin with these two responses from two different people on very different paths yet with a common response 🔥 I want to share with you something very important. It doesn't matter what your goal or goals are, they may or may not be the same as someone else, they may or may not be somewhat similar but regardless to that fact, they are still as important to me as they are you and I'll give 100% to make sure together we crush them. The second screenshot conversation is with a young lady who has very specific needs and wants to achieve her GOALS. Why did she choose Turtle Shell Fitness? Because I listen, why did she choose me to invest her time and money in me to help her achieve her goals? Because I took the time and effort to listen to her and I gave her 100% confidence that I'd help her as well as listening to what and why she wants to achieve her goals. You see I literally understand what it's like, how it feels and why it feels the way it feels when you are trying to be Fit, Healthy and Strong, so my clients get the very best version of me as their trainer because I've walked a mile or two in the shoes they are in or similar shoes ❤ The goal is important but why are we achieving it is more important. So much so that when you realise that what you spend on your health and fitness is merely an investment in you and your goals. No this is not about to turn into a sales pitch of how many coffees you have a week ra ra ra rhetoric that you see. It's merely to allow you to observe the point of view that if a client goes for twenty years spending money on Depression medication, diabetes meds and blood pressure meds and then in 18 months time they realise the investment they've made in their goals actually creates a healthier, stronger, fitter version of themselves and they literally come off all the meds (best case scenario) or at least find that they are reducing their dependency on them, isn't that amazing and isn't that worth it in the end ❤ And knowing all along that they had their #1 fan cheering them on all the way 💪 #finalthought Attention, Personal Trainers, you are on notice every day with your clients period.
