Happy Sunday friends 🏈 today is not only super bowl but also day 5 of #ashtanga101 (I'm sure you're equally jazzed about both 😂) today is #utthitatrikonasana || #extendedtrianglepose I used to be so focused on getting my hand to the mat that I let my lower body collapse. The more I practice the more true the phrase, "it's not what it looks like it's what it feels like" becomes for me. Lift through your lower body, lengthen through your spine and then use that space to move deeper into this.
