Rocío Mio is a textile artist who specializes in developing textils, and pigments as an intangible heritage of color. Her work is a testament to the process of obtaining pigment and its connection to creating art with care and inspiration from nature. In this poetry, she documents the spring season and the intricate process of extracting pigment from natural sources. Mio's passion for textiles and natural pigments stems from her belief that they can serve as a bridge between the past and the future, connecting us to our ancestral traditions and inspiring us to create with a greater sense of responsibility and connection to the natural world.

Tener inseguridades esta bien, lo que no está bien es que “la ayuda”sea exponerlas. En algún momento pensé que las había superado, pero cuando alguien muestra una foto o video con tu inseguridad porque supuestamente así lo vas a superar, lo único que genera es que vuelvas tener crisis o incluso aquella inseguridad que deseaste olvidar, vuelva a joderte la vida una vez más .
No lo hagan, con ello no ayudan a nadie.
