Slowly but surely, the bond between Shockwave and Blurr grows.

Blurr eventually invites Longarm to hang out with him and his other friends. While Shockwave finds the gesture cute, he secretly pities the trio-- they didn’t deserve to be outcasts. If others would have taken the time to get to know them, they would have found out how kind and entertaining they were.

Even at work, their affection towards each other hasn’t gone unnoticed. Cliffjumper is surprised to see Blurr hanging out and taking lunch breaks with Longarm instead of working his exhaust port off the whole time.

And of course, no opportunity to snuggle goes to waste.

I hope Dug Base and Wheelie know Blurr got better 🥺 it's nice to know they're friends tho :3

The Great War resulted in many new, more militarily focused body types being created and adopted by Autobot soldiers. One of these was the NM-116-684 tank body used by assault troops such as Warpath, Guzzle, Hardspark, Signal Flare, and Offshoot. Another one of prominence was the 0120-766-0724-PR113 anti-aircraft raider, which was used by the Autobot Air Force to ward against seeker bombardment. Users of this design include Powerglide, Air Raid, Dogfight, and Wingblade.

For more defensive purposes, the heavily armed 50109-93648-627 citadel was designed to repel any Decepticon attack, with deployable drones to protect important installations. Until Project Omega, these were the most powerful members of the Autobot military. Surviving members include Grandus, Dug Base, Overair, and Hot House.

Shockwave couldn’t help but notice Blurr’s seemingly never ending work hours. According to Cliffjumper, it has always been a habit of Blurr to spend most of his time at work and occasionally hang out with two other “weirdos”, namely Wheelie and Dug Base.
