Yesterday I took an unplanned rest day due to my back hurting. It sucked to have to take off but I know one thing for sure... I have to listen to my body! I have pushed my body past it's limits too many times and gotten injured from it. Yesterday's rest day was just what I needed to get my mind right and focus on my 2 workouts today.
