Terror of the Mojave
Been playing fallout 3 and fell in love with this stupid helmet. I wish it was obtainable in New Vegas. Devasta would absolutely live in the Mojave and not the Capital Wasteland though.
The raider painspike armor on a female character has pasta strainers for a bra. It's so iconic. Only issue is that underneath you can see the nipples are DUCT TAPED OVER nooooo girl she is not covering those things like that

the chain attached to Devasta's neck as well as the runes on her "manacles" are just a simple prestidigitation cantrip crafted by Reshza to maintain the illusion that Devasta is actually constrained at all. Devasta is completely lucid and capable of doing as she pleases. the writing on her collar and manacles are actually an old telvanni soup recipe. nobody wants to mess with the ancient Telvanni witch with a pet vampire. nobody is quite sure how Reshza controls the 'beast'. Little do they know that the two are lovers. this little 'circus act' is one of Devasta's favorite activities. the look on someone's face when they realize the vampire can act freely is one that sustains the height of her rotten ego.
