Brought out the deep fryer today to make some wings, the airfryer is good but deep fried is better. Made wings two ways: Mexican Buffalo (Tapatío, Cholula, chipotle, and butter) and Asian style (Soy sauce, honey, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and seeds, orange zest, sriracha and green onions).
