These Pistachio Mulberry Chocolate Clusters are a delightful combination of dark chocolate, crunchy pistachios, sweet mulberries, and other nuts and fruits. They make for a perfect homemade gift or a sweet indulgence for yourself.

Ingredients: 1 cup dark chocolate chips. 1/2 cup roasted pistachios, roughly chopped. 1/2 cup dried mulberries. 1/4 cup almonds, coarsely chopped. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. A pinch of sea salt.

Instructions: Put parchment paper on one baking sheet and set it aside. The dark chocolate chips should be melted in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring after each one until smooth. Melt the chocolate and stir in the vanilla extract, sea salt, and honey or maple syrup. Stir into the chocolate mixture the chopped almonds, dried cranberries, dried mulberries, and roasted pistachios. To create clusters, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet that has been prepared. If you want to expedite the process, put the clusters in the refrigerator or let them settle at room temperature for about half an hour. Take the clusters off of the parchment paper and place them in an airtight container once they have solidified.
