Nutella-filled chocolate chocolate chip cookies are a decadent delight. A gooey Nutella center is surrounded by rich and fudgy chocolate cookie dough studded with chocolate chips in these cookies. Ideal for satisfying chocolate cravings!
Ingredients: 1 cup Nutella. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar should all be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Mix the egg and vanilla extract into the flour mixture and beat it well. Mix the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour together in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Take out about a tablespoon of cookie dough and press it down in your palm. Put a small amount of Nutella about 1/2 teaspoon in the middle of the dough that has been flattened. Seal the Nutella inside by folding the dough's edges around it. Make it into a ball again. Once the baking sheet is ready, put the filled dough balls on it, leaving some space between them so that they can spread out. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still a little soft. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way.
