My mind was blown because birth control isn’t only used to prevent pregnancy. I told her i have endometriosis & a retroverted uterus. It was horrible when i was younger. The pain was so bad that I could barely walk the first couple days, my period was so heavy it would run down my leg and I had to change almost every 45 minutes. I was 11 when i got my period and It took me 8 years to get medical help since my mom didn’t want me on birth control because it can cause cancer.
