If you like burgers, these Juicy Cheese Burgers will make your mouth water. When you put together perfectly seasoned beef patties, melted cheddar cheese, fresh vegetables, and a special sauce, you get a burger that is full of flavor and juicy.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnish.
Instructions: Ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Combine well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Grill or fry the burger patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. In the last minute of cooking, cover each patty with a piece of cheddar cheese and place it on top. This will melt the cheese.
