sweet and soft pumpkin bread loaf made in a bread machine F2U. source: 梓悦爸爸做辅食 on wechat
bread, rye, and whole wheat flours are combined with cocoa and molasses to create a hearty, healthy bread.
The first loaf of bread out of my new Zojirushi bread machine! I had an old Oster bread machine that I used for many years but sadly that one died. The Zojirushi bread machine came highly recommended and it did not disappoint - it does everything better than the Oster.

Feeling a little jealous of the unadulterated joy the sourdough girlies have got going on. Might have to get into that ish.
……….
(2) questions though:
how the ✨fuck✨ do you make a sourdough starter? (does not make sense)
And a really sour loaf of bread? Bc a lot of loaves I’ve bought just are one degree away from normal bread.
We ate the whole loaf before I could get a picture, but I got a bread machine for Christmas and made my first loaf today! I did gluten free to motivatemyselfto go back to it, and so Little Man could enjoy fresh bread. I think I'll be making another loaf tomorrow to give to my father in law before they head back to Florida since they gave me the bread machine. They eat gluten free on occasion too so I think they'll appreciate it.
In case anyone is curious; this is the recipe I followed, and I used the flour they recommend. It's been my go to flour since the 2010s. I want to try King Arthur's recipe for gluten free bread in the future.
