Ingredients

1 cup soft bread crumbs

1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions: Cook the cauliflower and potatoes for about 15 minutes, or until tender. Allow to cool after draining. Combine the cooked cauliflower and potatoes, soy granules, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
