Writing by Hand
Staring at a blinking cursor has always given me anxiety. I want to tab away to anything else. The words don't flow; they dry up. Even now, I'm staring at the blinking cursor and feeling stuck.
So I've almost always written my first drafts by hand. I feel that it forces me to be more concise, more elegant, and to plan ahead. But it also means the painstaking process of typing everything up afterwards.
Most of the people I know write their works completely on a computer. Famous authors are split. Stephen King writes mainly on a computer; Neil Gaiman almost always writes his first draft by hand. Vladimir Nabokov wrote on index cards (I assume he was a loyal customer to his local stationary shop).
So I'm curious, how do you write?
Iqiyi, why the english version's standard of subtitle selection has changed?
