Ingredients: 2 boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 1 cup broccoli florets. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 carrot, julienned. 1/2 cup snow peas, trimmed. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
