Posting my HxH queer headcanons I've had for while because I saw a friend do so too (note, I wrote these awhile ago and I didn't go in depth about them that much, I've updated them for this thread)

Long post warning

Gon: trans masc (he/him) and still figuring out his sexuality, heavy preference for boys however

Killua: Bisexual but has a leaning preference for boys (he/him)

Alluka: canon Trans girl, bby!!!!!! 💗 (she/her) Probably pansexual  

Nanika: Trans girl in the sense that she now has a form and she likes being a cute girl, (she/it - in reclamation)

Kurapika: Trans & nonbinary (He/they) – Pansexual aromantic/demisexual(?) they just don’t seem the type to be invested in a romantic relationship

Leorio: I know he is *probably* cis ////but the post-op/T trans guy energy he gives off//// also bisexual, but has some rooted internalized homophobia/transphobia - (he/him)

Hisoka: Gay and genderqueer (not exclusivelly labeled ) I don't imagine Hisoka would be all that pressured to be put into a box gender wise, Hisoka goes by He/Him, but his gender is more of a theatrical performance than a label he goes by

Illumi: Gay and genderqueer as well, but with deeply rooted internalized transphobia (he/him)

Canary: Bisexual, what's on the tin, she finds both Killua and Amane attractive, and thats all there is too it (she/her)

Amane: girl leaning bisexual (she/her)

Pokkle: Pansexual and genderfluid, he/she/they, loves her wife v

Ponzu Bisexual and Genderfluid, she/he/they, loves his husband ^

Chrollo: he doesn’t seem the type to care for labels and so I imagine he’s fine with going out with any gender while not really considering himself anything sexuality wise🤷🤷 who knows if they’re cis or not, I like the idea of gender wobbly chrollo, Chrollo is a case of…I dunno if transmasc or transfem, but they sure are something - usually he/him but she/her is good too

Machi: she has the big sister mean lesbian energy down PAT but not like in a harmful way towards other sexualities/genders? In a strict don’t mess with people I care about or I’ll beat you up kind of way, in a poly relationship with Shizuku and Pakunoda - she/her

Shizuku: Bisexual, pretty much whats on the tin, no real pref either way,  just chill with whatever, in a poly relationship with Machi and Pakunoda

(Not me trans-beaming them to be genderfluid– any pronouns)  

Pakunoda: Bisexual with a heavy lean towards women, transfem (she/her)  in a poly relationship with Machi and Shizuku

Uvogin: Gay, specifically a bear, need I say anything? I think the show kind of says everything for me, he is close partners with Nobunaga and kissed Shalnark on the cheek (in 2011, in 1999 he kissed him on the mouth I swear) - He/Him

Nobunaga: Gay - The anime refers to him and Uvo as “partners” and I can’t see it any other way than both of them being homosexual  (also machi and Nobunaga are mean lesbian & tired gay solidarity) - He/Him

Feitan: Queer without usage of specific labels 🤷 also in relation because kink has its place in queerness, he is 100% in the BDSM & Kink crowd, that man has /KINKS/ albeit some of them being ...interesting (I mean he canonly reads  problematic eurogoru smut art books so….) though I feel like his interests are less about the pleasure aspect and more about the control aspect? 🤷 just the vibes he gives off, potentially kinky asexual Feitan? Say more - he/him

Phinks: probably the same as Feitan, like mlm but not going by anything specific - he/him

Kortopi: Agender w/ he/him pronouns, ace 

Kalluto: Genderqueer, no specifications, (he/they)

Kite (human Kite): Demigender Idk he just gives off demigender vibes, like  kiind of male-identifying but not entirely male??? Yknow?? Also queer w/ no specific sexuality label (also mostly uses he/him but Kite also vibes w/ they) 

Kite (chimera ant): trans and Agender - they/them

Cheetu: Pansexual AF - he/him

Pitou: Nyanbinary Nonbinary - they/he-ish

They’d probably see sexuality in a medical/responsive sense with pleasure being an added bonus, like I can see them being absolutely fascinated by the human body’s reaction to sexual stimuli but aren’t as keen on the romantic sense?? At least maybe not until they see Meruem and Komugi’s relationship become more of a formed thing?? who knows, I don’t think they really care what they are labeled as in terms of sexuality  

Pouf: Gay but doesn't know the label for it, he just has very little care for women

Komugi: she gives off demigender vibes, kind of???, like she’s a girl but like slightly to the left of being a girl, not quite girl’nt but like a pale hue of female (like she/her with a verrry slight hand wiggle)  

Meruem: considering his entire species is based off of making sure that their species thrives to find food for the queen to give birth to the next king (and only using their genitals for reproducing with other species) or w/e I imagine he considers sex (as in genitals) as more of a biological tool for all species to reproduce with instead of it having it be linked to any biological assigned sex (as in “male” or “female”) he probably considers himself “masc” while also he considers assigning gender based on sex, a human concept that he doesn’t particularly have the need or care for - he/him

Knuckle, Meleoron, and shoot: both gay, very gay  boyfriends who care about dogs and each-other, we have the himbo, his chameleon s/o, and his scared s/o, they are all wonderful together  - Knuckle and Meleoron: He/Him, Shoot: He/they)

Morel: gay, he doesn’t strike me as anything other than that, maybe ace as well, MAYBE  - He/Him

Pariston: Gay but has deeply rooted homophobia, He-Him

List: gay and agender, He/They

the lack of transparency from staff, the continued silence about trans people getting banned from this site and the lack of accountability from anyone is disgusting.

I'm not expecting this to get seen or addressed but there is an ongoing issue of transphobia in tumblr and @staff need to do one of two things to gain any level of respect. Either own the fact that the issue is ongoing and acknowledge the vile slime that rules your moderation and silences queer people, or they can make an actual committment to solving this and protect the minorities like you claim to.

Trans people deserve to exist.

Trans people deserve to be safe.
