They’re Sell-U-Lite’s mascots. They host the infomercials, streams, and other broadcasts across the various overhead and in-store flatscreens. The program is called “Sell-U-Live” and plays on two to four hour intervals. It talks about deals, events, and other happenings across the four districts.

They’re typically prerecorded.

Dimples is your traditional Chinese lady. Graceful, elegant, soft-spoken, and kind. Easily flustered and somewhat of a prude.

Ponzu is a party girl. Speaks in slang, has explosive amounts of energy, lacks any kind of filter, and loves to tease.

They have a fan club. Joining said fan club is a subscription of sorts, but you get extra benefits, free merchandise monthly, deals and coupons that other customers don’t.

You’ll even be able to attend meet n’ greets and signings. They’re very beloved. But also, the company treats them as VIPs so any funny business will be met with an immediate response.
