Paraphilia Head Cannons For Hunter X Hunter
This won't be literally all of the characters but it will be ones I think would for certain be paras. This also may stray into dark ship territory or have aspects that are similar to such!

Headcannons under the cut!
Hisoka
One of the most obvious and dare I say cannon paraphiles is Hisoka. He's very clearly a MAP, unfortunately he's one who has no qualms with offending. Or at least getting as close to offending as possible but stopping just at sexual harassment. He would absolutely make someone else worse and drag them down with him.
He's also most likely an autassinophile who gets aroused when he's genuinely in danger. He also clearly has a paraphilia for power in general and will get deeply invested and aroused by such.
Illumi
He most likely is in deep denial and by no means will dare to utter a word of the way he feels. He does quite well at lying to himself and pretending that his feelings towards Killua aren't what they are, that he is just an overprotective big brother and isn't possessive. That he just loves him the normal amount an older brother should. But somewhere deep down he's a MAP and an incestophile. Unlike Hisoka he would never dream of actually acting on it. He loves Killua too much to ever be willing to hurt him in that way. He knows that already he's gone too far with his possessiveness and attempts to protect him.
I imagine some of the reason he sticks around and tolerates Hisoka is because he feels that he is truly no better than him. Hisoka also likely has picked up on Illumi's feelings and is able to hold it over his head. (I also ship Illumi and Hisoka and imagine Hisoka tries to make him worse but given the way Illumi is, he doesn't achieve his goal. Just tends to frustrate Illumi and ultimately use it as a way to work him up so that Hisoka can get a thrill and fulfill his own fetishes and paraphilias.)
I imagine he may have also developed necrophilia and erotophonophilia by nature of his family's work and constant exposure to such things since he was a child, though perhaps not.
Feitan
Very much an erotophonophile. He loves to kill people, that one moment of death is just perfect for him. He's a spider, a member of the troupe, so he has obviously no issues with actually acting out his fantasies. His obsession with torture as well is primarily to fulfill his other paraphilic fantasies. He's a sadist through and through.
Biscuit
She likes being seen as cute and delicate. She wants to be small, she wants to be vulnerable and weak. She also likes being seen as younger. She's an automap/autopedo who likely engages in a form of ageplay. I can imagine her purposefully playing into the trope of a mesugaki. She would be a massive brat and absolutely love to tease whoever she's with for being able to be into her. I doubt she would ever really have sex in her true form given how much dysphoria it causes her.
Chrollo
He comes off as primarily distant and bored but he absolutely does have some paras. I could see him being a somnophile, erotophonophile, and sadist overall. I think he'd have a mix of paraphilias related to pain, blood, and power. The rest would be him going along with whatever the people in his troupe want, with no real specific interest of his own.
Neferpitou
Out of all the characters they're the most likely to be a necrophile. The amount of interest they have in Kite's corpse is not what most people would. They also probably love being able to physically control people and have power in general. They don't have any attraction to the murder itself but they may to the results of a kill if they determine the corpse be pretty enough.
I think they would also very likely be objectum. I don't know why specifically... I just get that vibe.
