Do not believe the USAmerican supreme court when it says that it just "interprets" the law and does not write it, that is a myth made up by Liberalism to create the illusion of a non-political authority to deflect blame onto for the state's violence.
The Supreme Court is extremely political, it is not impartial, and it has and continues to be a defacto unelected legislative body.
When they uphold a ban on transfems in women's sports, they are not doing that because they care about the law, in fact the law as written would actually make it illegal, they are doing it because they seek to uphold cis patriarchy.
If I hear one more fucking birthday boy complaining about how the ruling doesn't talk about them as well, when it actually used their ability to play in men's sports as a justification for the ban on transfems, I will go find that bomb for TMEs because holy shit.
Related to this, isnt it interesting how the supreme court only seems to make sweeping expansions to executive power when a republican is the president? Funny how a supposedly non-partisan, apolitical, and objective body always seems to weaken the presidency when a slightly less fascist president is in the white house, and expand it when a more fascist one is.
