got drunk while sleep deprived and reimagined Jax's backstory where he actually was taken by the system because none of his young and toxic parents would take care of him or gaf and so he pretty much lived under foster care in different houses since he was 6 or 8 and every house welcome started with a forced warm smile and cheerfulness only for all the families to end up being abusive and using him for another hand to work or clean or help with other things and abuse him therefore when he got in the circus and met Ragatha her forced cheerfulness and her warm welcomes for him and others just brought it all back and made him extremely distrustful of her yet in the depth of his mind he knew she wasn't one of those who hurt him but he also carries the belief that whoever says they love you wants to hurt you and then she said she hated him and proved him right and it is better to hurt people before they can have control over you and your body and your autonomy like the lack of control he had all his life and how he 'belonged' to other people and-
