Stuggles Of A Binge Eater

So its only fair you know who your reading about, my name is Vicky. Having been diagnosed with Manic Depression, Binge Eating, Anxiety and Panic attacks. Its pretty much safe to say my life is a daily struggle. But maybe starting this blog will help me express some of my emotions. So I’m going to give it a try. For as long as I’ve known I’ve always struggled with food when I turned 15 things went pear shaped to say the least. Growing up being bullied lead me to hate my body, so i did the only thing i knew i could do, which was to take control of my body, seeing as i couldn’t control what happened around me this seemed like the best choice. I should say that I am now 22. Ive been addicted to diet pills, chocolate, crisps, cake etc… you name it. And although having an eating disorder is partly to do with control, I never had it. I thought I did but realistically i may of had it for a couple of weeks or months but id lose it so quickly, and before i knew it i was out of control with my body. This journal/ blog isn’t about pro binge eating or pro ana, this is simply me being completely honest about myself, my thoughts my emotions my eating.. If anyone has any tips on how to stay on track and eat healthy, I would happily take them on board and give them a try!! Vicky xx
