After the dust settled some money came in for mom. My stepdad told my sister to take it. He didn't need it, he didn't want it, and mom would have wanted that money to go to her kids anyway. When word got out there was money the rest of the family came out of the woodwork to try and get a piece. After the funeral she cut ties with everyone and moved away. A couple of them started harassing me and calling me a sellout even though I didn't get any money either lol.
