i don't remember if i've stated this already; but one of the hottest things (imo) are sneezes that require a warning.
bonus points if they desperately try to hold it back to prevent it from even coming.
"uh oh, n-not again... plehehh.... hehh... aHH..!!"

A fairy fluttering under an unsuspecting nose; the tips of her wings teasing the rims of the nostrils with feather-light touches as they twitch and flare, particles of fairy dust trapped in the current as the unwary victim takes a deep sniffle—
Sneezes that takes forever to build. Like starting with that small but imminent tickle in the nose, then prickles sharper and makes the person involuntarily take those hitching breaths, bracing for the inevitable.
'....hhh, hhhh... I'm gonnahh... ugh wait, it's right therehh.. hhh, hhh...! sorry, I can feel it, it's... hhh, ghhh...! ...it's hh, hhh... Hhhhhh...!'
maybe a bit niche, but there is an appreciable difference between tickling a nose with a feather, and tickling inside a nose with a feather.
in this case, i actually find tickling on the edges and outside of the nose to be hotter when it elicits a heavy reaction. gosh, your nose is so sensitive! this biiiiig fluffy feather brushing up against it so gingerly...it's just the bare edge of your nostrils, and you've already got to sneeze this bad? oh honey...your poor little nose is sooo helpless...

A performer purposefully setting off their photic reflex before they go out on stage, every single time, because they know that otherwise the lights will definitely make them sneeze. So, they try to avoid it by proactively resetting the cooldown of the little reflex before it can disrupt their performance or embarrass them on stage

Somebody walking along carrying something in both hands that's covered in dust/cobwebs. Trying to keep their breathing shallow and steady because they know any... particularly sharp breath, say... has the potential to scatter more of that dust into the air around them, and then they'll really be in trouble, because there's nowhere nearby to put this thing down.
Once again in need of busty maids with horrific dust allergies trying desperately not to sneeze on the heaping dustpan and blow loose dust all over the room they just finished cleaning

Someone struggling to write a long letter with one of those large, fluffy, borderline impractical quills. The candlelight is barely enough to see the paper in front of them so the author has to lean close, causing the end of the feather to wave teasingly against their already twitching nostrils with every stroke of the quill…

A lot of people write realistic fics that involve a person with the kink acting out their fantasies with a willing partner, and I am definitely Here For It, but then there’s the folks who write convoluted magic sneezarios with spells and curses and fantastical monsters causing shit and like... shout out to you guys, please never stop

a prince and his guard who is like a brick wall. Tall, broad, stoic, and constantly over-serious. he has never seen his guard falter.
…except when he accompanies his highness into a field of flowers. they walk for a while, and when the prince turns back he sees his guard standing stiff, eyes and nose red and damp, struggling to remain in parade rest.
it’s not long before he’s trying to stifle hitches, pressing his knuckles to his nose. but as they continue, he begins to sneeze over and over, trying to stifle. they burst out of him anyway, leaving him teary-eyed and breathless. he looks disheveled. undone.
the prince looks at him and thinks… oh. I would like to see more of this.
