as morty starts to finally get his much-needed character development, i see the sentiment of him becoming like rick prime, or like evil morty, but i feel like what makes morty both an interesting character on his own and as a contrast to both ricks and evil morty is the fact that even after everything, his instinct, generally, is to be kind. this is a boy who loves first and foremost, even the people who have hurt him. morty wants to do good, he wants to help people, and the fact that those traits still remain after years of being with rick is what makes him so special to me.

Oh please please please let this be about Morty running away frome home, encountering a homeless Morty on the run from an evil Rick he once partnered with who is currently creating evil simulations, the two Mortys working together to defeat the villain, Morty seeing how messed up his life would have been if he were in his counterpart's place, the two Mortys parting on friendly terms with each other, andthishomelessMortybeingEyepatchMortyincognitoandthisevilRickbeingPuppetloserRickandthewholeseasonbeingasimulationpleasepleasePLEASE

this episode was actually so healing for morty fans omg. yes morty IS a cute little flower!!!
