Ah, so what if Shadow and Tikal were to file a report on themselves during the incident?

I feel like Lanolin is the type of person to look over every report twice, so she probably already knows about Shadow and Tikal briefly killing Surge. But she also hasn’t told anyone, because while she’s not sure why Surge hasn’t said anything, she doesn’t want to speak for her because she respects her. To me she has enough of an emotional/intelligence balance that she’d understand why Surge was treated as worth the risk, but also fully thinks Surge has every right to be pissed off.
